Andie & Georges

Tonight we were invited by Andie, our landlord, and her husband Georges to come to their apartment. They live in the apartment right next door to us, and we never hear a peep, hope they can say the same.  They have lived there about 25 years and their apartment is lovely.  Lots of light and very comfortable.  Andie is a master decorator!  We had wine and snacks and shared "how we met" stories.  Andie told us how she decided to come to Paris from Long Island, New York. She began teaching English to businessmen and Georges was one of her students.  We told them about our trip to the locks bridge and told them it was a must for them, even after 37 years together.  They are such a nice couple and we are so happy to call them our friends.
