Bidding Good-Bye to Driggs, Idaho

We have had a wonderful time in Driggs.  Everything here has been grand; the Tetons,

the condo and the day trips.

Wendy’s “Blue Buffalo Condo” in the “Buffalo Junction” complex was very nice.  As I mentioned when we first arrived it has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. a living room, dining area and a well equipped kitchen, pretty nice! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed.  The master bathroom has a big walk-in closet convenient for hanging clothes and storing bags.

We were only 32 beautiful miles from Jackson Hole and the same distance to the entrance to The Grand Teton National Park.

The town of Driggs is quaint and clean. There is a nursery here that we were very taken with.

Their grounds are their best advertising.

We were wowed by the Tetons.  We learned they are not part of the Rocky Mountain range.  The Tetons are a young range, only 9 million years old and still growing—1 millimeter a year!

Today was spent in washing, packing and tidying up the condo.  After washing and gassing up the car, we are ready for the next leg of our trip.

Gardiner, Montana and Yellowstone, here we come!
