Taco Time

Shortly after we arrived in Paris, Michele invited us for a lovely French dinner at her apartment. We were fortunate to have her son, Stephane join us.  We wanted to reciprocate with something typically Texas.  What better than tacos.  We thought finding the ingredients might be a challenge, but "Old El Paso" came through for us.  Since we couldn't find any Margarita mix, we had to find a recipe, thank you Internet.  We served chips and salsa, guacamole, Margaritas and tacos.  Dessert was  strawberry short cake--maybe not true Texas, but just good stuff.  We had a very nice evening of conversation and Stephane showed us pictures of his recent trip to Mexico.  He also shared photos of some of his other trips.  His pictures were beautiful, he's quite the photographer.
