On to Trogir, Croatia

Good-bye to beautiful Budapest!   We got an early start this morning and it was a good thing because we had a long drive ahead of us,  9 hours.  It was a pleasant and easy ride as the roads are very good and so is Tom, the driver.  We didn't even have many trucks on the road today.  We did encounter one really bad accident that delayed us about 45 minutes.  As usual the fields were green and lush with lots of sunflowers.
It was exciting when the Adriatic Sea came into view.

Croatia is more mountainous and rocky adding to the beauty.
With the help of our trusty GPS, Ed, we made it right to our Trogir apartment.

It is on the hillside with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea?

After getting settled in and buying some groceries for the week we walked down to the beach and had dinner.
It's been a really long day, so it's off to bed for us.
